3RockD is committed to designing and building technologically advanced green communities founded on socio-economic development, high quality of life, broad grassroots participation, strategic development and environmental management and conservation.
3RockD Green Economic Zones are more than just environmentally friendly or "green" developments they are engines for local economic growth; catalysts for local green development; locus points for community collaboration and participation; and community resources.
3RockD is designing and developing Viet Nam's first Green Economic Zone to be located in the city of Quy Nhon, called "Xanh Quy Nhon," a working 'demonstration ecovillage' or ecologically and socially sustainable urban mixed-use community where people of diverse socio-economic status can flourish.
The ‘Aina Village is designed to support community enterprises, programs and activities that are consistent with local vision and values. Preservation of Hawaii’s resources, environment and culture is an important aspect of the ‘Aina Village.
While in its conceptual stages, the 3rd Rock Development Ethiopia, “3RockD-Ethiopia” project will build on Ethiopia’s rapid growth trajectory by mobilizing its rich culture, its globally renowned history, and its enthusiastic youth to build livable, sustainable, and environmentally innovative communities.
